Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • in original condition

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • with all tags and packaging intact

Used or damaged items may not be eligible for a refund.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times:
3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different size, color or model, we are happy to assist.

Simply contact us at support@nordexastore.com
and we will help arrange an exchange.


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions may apply in cases of:

  • wrong item sent

  • defective item

  • damaged on arrival

In such cases, Nordexa will cover shipping.


🛑 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, please wait to receive it, then request a return.


🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace it or refund you at no cost.


📬 Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  1. check your bank or PayPal account again

  2. contact your payment provider
